ASUS DCUII vs SAPPHIRE

Hello all,

I'm getting a HD7870 and wasn't sure whether or not to get the SAPPHIRE version or the ASUS one.

If I got the SAPPHIRE I would overclock it myself a bit, but the ASUS one is a lot more expensive. Is it worth the extra price (cooling ability, noise or quality?).

That sapphire ones has a decent cooler on it, the asus one is better but its way too much more, I wouldn't pay that much more for it.
