Is my 5770 setup good enough?

Current specs:

Motherboard - Gigabyte P55A - UD3 review 2.0
CPU - Intel Core i5 - 760 2.8Ghz
GPU - HD RADEON 5770 1GB DDR5
RAM - 4GB DDR3

I currently run one monitor off that video card at 1280 x 720 resolution. I want to play most mainstream PC games at highest quality / settings. More specifically, I'd like to play Crysis 1 and 2, Call of Duty MW2, MW3, Battlefield Bad Company 2 and 3. Is my PC "strong enough" to run these games at a minimum. Of 30 FPS AT 1280 x 720 at highest graphic settings?

It's strong enough to run all those games, but Crysis 2 and Battlefield 3 might get iffy at high, mostly because of your video card I would say.

at your resolution 5770 will max out any game.good luck and collect some more for a 1080p monitor.
