Will stock i7 cpu fan fit an am3 ??

Hello, does anybody know if a stock copu cooler i7 lga1366 will fit an am3 cpu ? mobo is asus m5a88-m

No it won't and yes I'm sure. Physically impossible. The holes are laid out completely differently.
