i5 3570k is the overclockable one. i5 3570 is the non overclockable version of it.
I don't think i5 3470 has an overclockable version.

The speed, bus/core ratio (?), and the ipg is better for the i5 3570. Other than that it's the same other than the price..

The i5 3470 and 3570 are almost identical, like stated about just a little more edge on the 3470 if you get the 3570.
You have a H77 motherboard so a -K version (overclockable) Cpu is useless.
You wouldn't even see much if any difference in performance in gaming with either cpu. With your setup as of right now i would just pick up the 3470 and save the extra few dollars.
If you want to save up the extra 25-30dollars and but the 3570 thats not a bad option too!

Good luck on the rig

There wouldn't really be a point because you have an H77 board.

Any possibility of getting a Z77 one?
