Installed New PSU, pc wont power on

Hello, I have an Acer Aspire T180 and recently installed a new power supply.
After plugging in the cords to their respective outlets and powering on the supply and computer,
the green power led wont light up, but the fans and dvd drive work fine.
I'm not sure where i went wrong, i tried the old PSU which was fine, but it does the same thing.

Make sure all power connectors are connected.
