What is your computer model number? If you know that I can direct you to the support page of your computer which will include the drivers for audio.

As everyone else said you have to go onto HP's website and look up you model number. Once you find it there will be a section called software and driver downloads. Click it, choose your OS and it will generate a list of all the drivers for your computer.
