That PSU, never heard of Chieftec so I wouldn't trust it. from what I can tell its only 80+ standard, so not all that efficient.

Look for Corsair or Seasonic PSU's with modular cabling and 80+ Bronze efficiency or better. If strapped for cash, OCZ has a 650W or 600W that's cheap, modular and 80+ Bronze.

How is the rest of the system? Is motherboard good?
 
Pretty much exactly what a non overclocking gaming rig on a mid range budget would look like, only caveat is the 4GB of RAM, gaming rigs typically have 8GB.

Motherboard looks like a H77 version of the PRO series (cant tell definetly since its not English nor do I have links), it should be fine. Though if you want overclocking you will want a Z77 motherboard, the AsRock Extreme4 is a very good one.
