Is this a good prebuilt PC?

Hi there,
I am wondering whether this is a decent PC?
I found it on gumtree and it costs £95 and looks decent from what I know about PC's.
Also what games could it run?

Dell Dimension 9200
4GB of RAM
NVIDA GeForce 9800 GT Graphics card (either 512mb or 1gb)
Intel Core 2 Processor (Unsure of the ghz)
250GB hard drive
windows 7 Ultimate

You'll be able to run older games for sure (Starcraft Broodwar, Diablo 2, Age of Empires, etc).
