Bottlenecking is when one component of the PC is not fast enough to keep up with other ones. Then they all start working at its speed, leading to the PC delivering worse performance. And btw just for 10 bucks you get this much performance:

The GT440 here wins the last category just because it has 1.5GB Vram. But the one you chose only has 1GB, so it will be beaten in that aspect too. I'll leave it to you to decide if you want to spend $10 more for 36% and 32% better performance, respectively.

Wait, what the hell just happened? I thought I saw a different post here... Anyway, I don't think you should sacrifice CPU power, as this is Diablo we're talking about. I'm just saying that one of the two aforementioned cards will do you a lot better than the GT440 and I don't think you'll be stressing your budget that much with $10...

I meant that the GPU will bottleneck the CPU. I didn't really make myself clear, did I...
