I7 with integrated graphics or i5 with GeForce 540M

I am looking into purchasing a laptop. However, I am stuck debating between two. Both are Lenovo's, but one has an i7 and one an i5. Normally, I would get the i7 without hesitation for $50 more, but the i7 has integrated Intel graphics (HD3000) and the i5 has a NVIDA GeForce 540M, which, according to PassMark Benchmarks, is about twice as fast.
Also, the i5 has a 750G 540RPM hard drive, and the i5 a 7200RPM 500G one. Unfortunately, I can't have them configure it differently, and I was wondering wich would be better.

Storage is important, but since laptops are extremely hard to upgrade, I would rather have speed.
