Which card? GTX 580 or GTX 680?

680 is more expensive, and it is also more powerfull, but ofcourse go for 680, the gpu performance is awesome, it is the most powerfull single card on the market (default clocks and 2gb VRAM limitation for now) it uses a new kepler architecture over the 580 fermi, also adding some very awesome features, like TXAA/Gpu boost/Surround on a single card, etc... go for the 680 if you have the extra cash.

They are both great cards. I was happy when I got my 680s. I was sad to sell my 580s.
