Hey all,

I have about four Bay Networks (now Nortel Networks) Network Access Nodes (I'm guessing they are basically advanced routers) just lying around and I'd like to see if I could get them configured/working. Two are model AE1001006 and two are AE1001008. I have/am working with Cisco 1600/2500/2600 Series routers, I'm not a pro working with them, but can configure them. But these I am clueless as where to start to reset the config (such as erasing the startup config and creating a new config as well as reset an administrator password, whatever user you use to login). I've searched on google to try to find any help but I'm not having much luck. Of course, Nortel has to be like Cisco and lock out anyone but registered accounts (such as proven purchasers) from download the operating system.
Anyway, does anyone have any idea of where I can start on these? I've looked at the commands listed under the "help" command, but some of it's very vauge and doesn't help.

Thanks guys,

Tavis
