Hi, I'm going to be having dual 680's but I need some help to find out which 680's I should get..
I obviously want the best one but the current GTX 470 Asus that I have is extremely loud fan noise, and the noise is horrible unlike other fans.
So yeah, which one is the quietest and best? :)

Cheers,
Alex.

Where I am at all of these are in stock:
EVGA GeForce GTX 680 Hydro Copper
Gainward GeForce GTX 680 2GB
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 680 2 GB
Asus GeForce GTX 680 2 GB
Zotac GeForce GTX 680
EVGA GeForce GTX 680 2 GB
Nvidia GeForce GTX 680

So yeah, I need to choose between one of them..

EVGA or Asus, they're the best. EVGA have good warranty and customer support and Asus usually have better coolers and clock speeds. But seeing as there are still none aftermarket PCBs of a GTX680, I'd say go with EVGA.

Do you know which one is the quietest?

Well one of the two you listed is adapted for water cooling, so it would be quietest. But if you don't have water cooling you don't really have an option.
