How does Turbo Boost get enabled

I'm stupid, pardon my stupidity but how do you enable turbo boost on the CPU?

It is a BIOS function if enabled that only works under light loads.

You dont have to...its enabled by default Unless u've gone and manually set the BIOS to disable it, you don;t have to do a thing to enable it

BTW, only the i5's, i7's, AMD APU's, AMD Phenom II chips ending with a T and the AMD FX chips support Turbo boost
