Sound card with Optical in?

I can't seem to find any sound cards less than ~$190 that have an optical in port with 5.1 capabilities. Any help? I'm trying to use it to use my xbox 360 with 5.1 PC speakers. help appreciated.

Hate to break it to you, but no sound card will play back 5.1 over optical in anymore (in Vista/7/8 at least; XP might be a better story).

The reason is because there is no direct path that goes Optical Input -> Dolby/DTS Decoder -> Analog out; Dolby/DTS content won't be decoded comming in over the optical port.
