Hello, I am looking into purchasing a new motherboard because my old one shorted a few weeks ago, and I have grown tired of using my crappy laptop. I have looked into getting this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813182158 but I do not know if it will support my processor, which I would like to keep due to a tight budget. Will this support an Intel Pentium E5800 @3.2GHz, or will I have to find a new MB or processor? If it does not work, suggestions? Thanks in advance :)

PS - Sorry for the randomish category, couldn't find a fitting one...

I am now looking at: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131758
Could you give me a fast processor and 8gb compatible ram to go with it? <$150? Thanks

Thanks for your fast feedback, however I was just about to add that I need DDR2 ram support, or a very cheap processor and then ~8gb ram to go with it... Don't have much of a budget... anyway, could you recommend me a good MB, some ram, and a processor for around 250? I would go with that, but I want a MB with

1.) At least one PCI-e slot for my video card
2.) Support for at least 8gb ram, preferably more for future upgrades
3.) Maybe micro-ATX 7.6" x 7.6" (So i don't need to buy a new case)
4.) A maximum power requirement of <500w
5.) Under $250 USD (if possible?)

Thanks a lot, this will save me a ton of time, as I am terrible with hardware... :D
