PC upgrade budget

Hi, I m looking to upgrade my pc and i m in a budget. I have decided on the following things.

1. cpu - i3 2120
2. mbd - Asus P8H77-M LE
3. soundcard - asus xonar dx
4. ram - corsair vengeance 2X4GB


I already have the following :

graphics card - nvidia 8800GT
15" monitor - i might upgrade to 22".

Please suggest if any improvements over this under the same price.

No AMD configs please.

Ditch the sound card and upgrade the gpu.

And one more thing, is there any possibility of a bottleneck with this config ?
