  1. Looks great!

I would go with a different psu though.

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020 $59.99 after rebate

Honestly a 500w psu would be way more than enough for that setup.

That's one of the ugliest cases I've ever seen.

Have a look at these Corsair Carbides in the same price range or less.

my friends advised me to use core i5 2500k with mobo z68 or z77 Instead of FX-8150, i don't know really which is better
i think for fx8150 cuz i use my computer in programs specially 3d & Database, my uses in games not exceed 5%, so i'm really don't know is that okay or better to choose core i5-2500k
  3. 2500K is much better.

However the newer i5-3570K is a better choice. If your not overclocking then the 3470 or 3550 is the way to go.

You would want a Z77 or H77 for those cpu's. If you don't plan to overclock or sli/xfire, then the H77 is all you need.
  4. Actually I shouldn't have worded it that way, I know for a fact the 3470 even though it's NOT a K version, will hit 4GHZ very easily without even a voltage bump.
  5. i made some changes to my build
change fx8150 to core i7 & HD Radeon to GTX 670, so it'll be:-

    Core i7-2600k
    ASRock Z77 Extreme4
    Nvidia GeForce GTX 670
    G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866
    Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced ATX Full Tower
Power Supply OCZ 650W ATX12V (cuz i can get it cheaper)
    Samsung S23A350H 23
