Pc compatability check

Hello, I'm planning on ordering all the parts for a new pc but am wondering whether they will all be compatible. Please help?
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3
CPU - AMD Bulldozer FX-8 8120 3.1Ghz
Memory - Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600MHz XMS3 Memory
HDD - Seagate 500GB Barracuda 7200 rpm 6gb/s
Power supply - Corsair 600W CX Series V2 PSU
Graphics card - Gainward GTX 560SE 1GB GDDR5
Case - Sharkoon t9 blue case
Cpu cooler - Corsair hydro h40
OS - Windows 7 64 bit
Please help asap!

I personally am not a fan of Gigabyte at all. Honestly either one of them would probably do the job just fine. I'm just opinionated to some degree is all.
I personally would spend a little bit more on an Asus Evo
