Pc keeps blue screening then bios beeps

My pc keeps blue screening then restarting itself, then on the restart the bios continuously beeps i remove some wires and put them back in and then its fine but its a repeated cycle because later on it will do it again, Any ideas, i've never came across this before

Check memory first. Run one Dimm then the other.

Done this, Ram is fine, Its very unusual

All components have been tested and are working fine
