PC to Denon AV to TV only setup

This is probably a bad question but I can't seem to find a sure answer anywhere. I'm about to build a new desktop and I'm wondering if I'll be able to set everything up and run the new computer through an HDMI cable going from my pc (GTX 670 GPU) to my AV unit to my TV and without buying a monitor at all.

Is this possible?

A lot of people use thier tv aas the computer monitor and all you have to do is have the connection to one of the video inputs ( AV1 , AV2, AV3) and when your not watching tv and you want to use it for computer then you just switch it to the video input from the PC.

Ok thanks. I was hoping it was this simple and just wanted to make sure. I didn't want to try setting up my new computer and have to run out and get a monitor to set up drivers or change setting on anything.
