Help: core i5 750 + Asus p7h55-V

Hello,

I am planning to get this package a friend of mine is selling at $160. Currently I am using Core2duo.

The reason of changing is "GAMING". So my question is this pro and mobo would be good for gaming? I am not a hardcore gamer. I mostly play NFS Series, MAX PAYNE 3, GTA IV etc...

PC Setup Would Be:

PRO: core i5 750
MOBO: Asus p7h55-V
GPU: GTX 460 1GB
RAM: 4GB

The i5 750 is still a decent gaming processor although it would be better if you could overclock it. Paired with a GTX 460 it should make a solid mid level system.
