Best gpu for my PC?

Hello, I've been looking for a new GPU for my PC. I'm a gamer and would like to be able to play current games on decent settings. I dont know a whole lot about graphics cards, or what will be compatable on my machine. I would like to spend 150 or less, but I may be willing to go up to 200. I know the PSU I have is pretty weak, so I would be willing to replace that too if need be. Could anyone suggest a GPU or GPU+PSU combo for this price range?

Model: HP m9400f
Processor: AMD Phenom 9750 Quad core 2.4 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 3650

I would playing games like The Witcher 2, Diablo 3 and Skyrim on it.

Two other options, both an upgrade are these.

For the 7850 I would get a different model which is $10 cheaper but at the moment it is out of stock.

I did look at the 6870 and it seems like a good deal. The only hesitation i have is that i read that its pretty large. I dont want it to end up not fitting or something. Or is that something I dont need to worry about with my PC model?

I have a nvidia 8800gt in my rig it is the standard size and it can run Batman Arkham City, Mass Effect 3 and Skyrim on highest settings

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I'll go with the 6870, as it seems it has the best price for the performance. I have the right slot in my motherboard for it, correct? Sorry, I just want to be sure before I buy it. Thanks for the help!

Yes you do have the right slot on the motherboard and you will need that 500W PSU I have listed for it. As for it fitting you won't have any problems.
