Well the FX 8150 might sound better but in reality it isn't.Well it is in some cases but i doubt you convert lots of videos, trace rays or compress/decompress huge archives.
Grab the Core i5 3570K and don't look back.
But still if you, in fact DO some of these things or others that can take advantage of all 8 cores then you'll be happier with a AMD FX-8320 instead.
Honestly you want to get the most out of your money. I paid only $100 for my FX 8120 CPU. Then I paid $90 to get another GTX 460 to SLI. If you ask me that's one heck of an upgrade for $190. But you're probably not in a similar situation. The i5 3570k is the better CPU hands down. Unless you're in a situation where you already have some of the necessary hardware or can find super steep discounts don't go for the FX 8150. It's a decent CPU but it just isn't there in terms of performance against the mainstream intel cpu's.
