Like the question says.. How long before I need to upgrade. It will be used with a Phenom II X4 965 3.4GHz. 8GB of 1600 MHz. 750w Coolmax Modular PSU. 500GB 7200RPM.

Also! Will this be able to run BF3 on mid/high and maybe the next Crysis game on Mid?

Thanks in advanced :hello:

Depends in your monitor's resolution, needs and requirements... Just tell us, what are your Monitor actual resolution, and if you plan to upgrade it.

Umm, I'm not sure. I haven't seen it for a while because my mom needed it at her house. Its still there and I will get it back. I haven't checked into it either because I wasn't the one who bought it. All I know is, its a 24" Samsung. Anyway, I would want to play games at a mid resolution, to keep a good frame rate.

normally 24" LCD are 1920x1080, which seems that you will need something better to run at good FPS. Save some cash and wait for something like GTX 560ti which will let you play not at 60fps, but it will give solid performance at high level of graphic.

What's your full system specs? CPU, RAM, PSU...etc

Anyway, if you can bump up your budget a little bit higher and grab HD 6870..it will last with you quite enough to play the upcoming games at medium resolutions.
