PC turns on 10 seconds late

Hello Guys,

I have recently build a new pc...I plug the pc in a UPC...is a Cyberpower 1350 AVR ( http://www.cyberpowersystems.com/products/ups-systems/intelligent-lcd-ups/cp1350avrlcd.html )...Now my pc will turn on after 10 seconds... Is that normal with this UPC. So Far everything is working fine...the pc is giving me great performance in which I'm not complaining, but the only doubt is that the pc turns on 10 seconds late. Oh one more thing, at the night I turn off the UPC...could this be the problem? Any Opinions?

That sounds odd.

Have you tried plugging it directly into the wall outlet to eliminate the UPS as a suspect?

no, I haven't tried...but I did one thing...I left the UPS switch on before I went out and when I arrived at home I turn on the computer and the PC turn on in one second.

No harm in leaving your UPS on.
