System Freeze every 30 mins?

No clue what could be causing this
no blue screens just completely locks up and cant do anything have to hard reboot every time.
I dont think its overheating, not overclocked.
please help

Solution
remove your video card and run off of onboard graphics. see if it still locks up. if it does it may be overheating due to poor thermal paste application or it may be a bad ram module.

I didnt bother with the video card, but we tried memtest and it crashed out, so after some trial and error, I think there are some bad sticks of RAM.
Thanks for the help not sure why I didnt think of that sooner
