Yep, you have a PCI Express x16 slot. Check out the AMD 7850 though, same price point, but better performance.

You can get any card you want sir (save for an AGP card, but they dont even make those anymore). I would agree with the argument on the behalf of the 7850, since it is pretty awesome.

No, the chipset in your computer is an AMD 970, and is PCI-e 2.0 only. You don't need PCI-e 3.0 anyways, at least not for several years.

PCI-e 3.0 is backwards and forwards compatible I believe. You should be fine running it. The 560Ti is better than the 550Ti you currently have, but it wouldn't be much of an increase in performance for the money.
