I'm buying a new Graphics card so thought of buying a new PSU as well.

My current PSU is a CM Elite 400W (RS-400-PSAR-J3) - http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6616

I'm thinking of buying one of these 2 PSUs

Corsair Builder Series CX430 V2 - http://www.corsair.com/builder-series-cx430-v2-80plus-c...
Cooler Master GX-450W - http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6700

I'm going to buy a MSI GTS450 - http://www.msi.com/product/vga/N450GTS-Cyclone-1GD5-OC....

My Specs :

Intel DH55HC Motherboard
Intel Core i5 760 @2.8MHz
Kingston DDR3 1333MHz 4GB(2x2GB)
500GB HDD
Samsung DVD-RW

I need to know the best on of the above PSUs that can give enough power to my system with VGA.
Can i still use the VGA with my current PSU ?

Thank you in Advance :D

You should be fine with your current power supply. The GTS450 doesn't need a lot of power, but it does use enough to need the extra 6 pin pcie power connector. Based on the link you gave me your power supply has that power connector so no worries about having the right connections.

What are you going to be using the video card for?

The CM units aren't the best..............

If possible get the Corsair.

With your current PSU, you will be able to power the GTS450.

I suppose that while both are in fact some kind of upgrade over the Elite Power 400W, I would suggest buying something that is high quality and a 'real' upgrade over the Elite Power 400W.

Vote for corsair..
Corsair unit much better than Cooler Master GX-450W

Cooler master psu is crap (include your current psu)...bad voltage, fake label, huge noise and ripple, low rail stability...

except for silent pro series..this unit is good..

Your current unit should be fine imo.
While not the best in terms of efficiency(sub 80+) and noise/ripple it does provide a stable 400W with good voltage regulation.
I agree the CX430 V2 and GX-450W are upgrades in terms of efficiency and quality(better internals) and low noise and ripple.
The Corsair gets my approval since it can provide 500W no problem.
I've used it in a couple of low cost builds and haven't had any problems.
