New CPU,MOBO,RAM

I need to upgrade my pc. my current gpu is radeon hd 512mb gddr5. Budget cca 265 usd. i will use pc for - internet, gaming - 1280x720 (medium detail is enough),
Which varianty will be better?

1.
cpu - i3 3220
mobo - ASUS P8Z77-V LX
ram - Kingston 8GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL9 HyperX X2 Grey Series

2.
cpu - a10 5800k
mobo - GIGABYTE F2A75-D3H
ram - Kingston 8GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL9 HyperX X2 Grey Series

If you are not going to buy a separate video card, hands down the A10 5800k will leave the i3 in dust for gaming. I would say its 2x or maybe even 3x faster in terms of gaming and so the a10 offers the best built in GPU and CPU combo.

I'm pretty sure you can, but I may be wrong.

Pick an A85 mobo over the A75 if you can.

You will only be able to crossfire with a 6670 or 6570, not sure if you can crossfire with a 5670.
