okay guys i got you a question, i am very inexperienced with computers and this would be my first build. any ways i don't know if any of the parts i picked are compatible with each other, and i dont know if any of them are any good i kinda put them together by how many people bought them and some on what if heard in articles. all help is greatly appreciated. here is my list! ohh and i dont know if i need both the burner and the drive.PS this is supposed to be a gaming pc.

well if this build isnt good for gaming i would appreciate someone putting a good build thats around 800-900 bucks thanks guys
 
do you need two dvd drives??? are you copying from one drive to the other?? the asus drive will read and write dvd and cd-rom just like the other one will. a burner drive will also read disk. (they wont do blue ray movies..you need a blue ray drive or burner for them.)
if you have a micro center near you they got better deals then new egg on cpu and mb combos.

you dont need an aftermarket sound card. there one built into the mb. unless you do high end audio recording the onboard soundcard is fine. with ram you want to get one with low heat spreaders.

the ram should be 1.5v and 1600 in speed.
the new ram that going to market now is using the new samsug chips and is rated at 1.35v.
