Motherboard lights up, but doesn't fully boot.....

Hello!

I've just built a new system with new power supply and when all plugged in, the motherboard lights up and all but once I hit on, the cpu fan and PS fan goes on for a split second then doesn't respond at all.


Any ideas?

Do you have a motherboard speaker you can plug into your motherboard? Also we need to know the model and make of your motherboard to run a background check and see if anyone else has the same issues
