Need advice 2nd gtx 480 vs gtx 680

So it's gotten to the point where I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card. Right now im running a gtx 480 and im wondering whether i should pick up a second one of these at around $200 along with a nice new case for ~$100-150 (my current one is mid tower and wont fit two 480s) or if i should spend the money on the new gtx 680. From what ive looked at the two set ups are comparable in terms of power, but i still wanted to see what advice people have to give on the matter.

My rig right now is running with an i7 940, P6T deluxe mobo, 12gb ram, 1000W psu, and my monitor's resolution is 1920x1200.

Future-proof yourself and get the GTX 680. Sell the 480 you have on Craigslist or eBay or even here and you'll recoup a good chunk of your loss.
