Help me decide

Okay,heres the parts i am gonna get

Cooler Master Storm Scout
Samsung DVD RW
1TB 7200RPM 64MB
Corsair Gaming Series 800W PSU
MSI Z77A-G45
DDR3 8GB 1600mHz Corsair Low Profile Ram


As you see,i lack a GPU and a PSU.There are two ways for me : get a 3570k and a gtx 670,or 3770k and 680?I am not sure is the money worth for the 680 over a 670,i need you guyz to help me decide

The GTX 670 is better price/performance. 3770k will not be needed for gaming.

If you have 8gb ram, no need, but you could for the SSD.
