Good Parts for Minecraft Server?

This is probably a rare thread topic but I figured I'd ask other people's opinions before buying the parts. My friends and I want to build our own minecraft server (well I would do the building) and while i am very used to what parts should be in a good gaming PC i'm not entirely sure about everything for a PC of this purpose.

Here's the parts list:

AMD Phenom II x6 1100T (from my old computer)
Gigabyte 990FX-UD5 (from my old computer)
16 GB Corsair RAM 1600Mhz
90GB OCZ Vertex 3 SSD
CoolerMaster 400 Watt Power Supply
Antec One Hundred (From my old computer)

It;s being cooled by my old CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO since that's already on the CPU anyway.

This PC will ONLY be running the minecraft server. It will literally do nothing else!

I figured all a minecraft server needs is a lot of RAM and a good internet connection (which it will have). I also figured we didn't need a large power supply but i made sure to go with a reputable brand. Anyone suggest anything else? Thanks in advance.

Mmm Coolermaster is not a good brand in low end psus, they have a high Failure Rate,
