HELP CANT BOOT AFTER NEW MOBO

I really need help. I just bought this: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/ite...

Now, whenever I go to boot up, I get to "Starting windows". I get 3 out of the 4 colored, and right before the 4th one appears, my computer restarts. HELP ME! Im not in RAID config, I have windows 7 home premium x64, and I'm pretty sure my HDD works.

try reseating your ram or using the minimum and swapping them out. this might be a faulty ram issue that only manifests itself when windows uses enough to activate the faulty modules.
also try opening bios and checking what ram is listed. some bios needs to be simply opened and saved to recognize hardware.
