Need help regarding graphics card upgrade.

Hi everyone,
I am thinking about upgrading my graphics card. I want to know which model I should go for. I usually play games at 1024 X 728 and 1280 X 1024 res. I will be upgrading from a 9400gt which can't seem to run Witcher 2 properly at even the lowest settings.
My other specs are i5 2500k cpu, biostar tz68+ mobo, 4gb ddr3 ram and a 400W psu.
Which model do u guys think I should go for??

You will need a Power supply upgrade as well as a new GPU.

Well I would go for a 6870 if you can afford it. Or you could go for the 7850 It to is a lot of money so with out knowing what your budget is it is hard to say what to get. I will link you two both the cards.

Well, my budget is around 150$, since I don't think I will need to spend more to play at that resolution.

my bad I didn't see the res on the second part hey thanks for pointing that out. Sometimes my eye site goes and my memory goes with it then I can't find either one and I don't know where I put them
