im getting a barebones but my friend said i need 2 shed 100$ extra for an os
disk i didn't know this and wanted to know if theres any way 2 get it free or does it come with like a default 1
or atleast a place 2 get the os cheaper

If you need an OS, in that price range, you'll probably want to look at a dual core system, with a Radeon graphics package.

No, Radeon is an AMD/ATI version of the graphics package. It has nothing to do with the OS.

You will need to spend around $100 on an OS for your system, so start looking for a cheaper barebones system.

You cannot get around this, if you try to download it for free, Bill Gates will come to your house with a hammer and smash up your computer that you tried to use a pirated OS on (trust me, it happened to me).
