I need a build for around $750 that can max out bf3.resolution in 1920x1080
More about : 750 build bf3
You can, but not without sacrifice. (Note: this probably wont do max settings, but it would do med-high)
Case at minimum will cost $60. HAF 912
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
CPU will cost $125. i3-2120
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
PSU will cost $70 unless you get cheap and nasty off brand crap. Corsair 600W Builder series
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Motherboard will cost you $80 at minimum. Biostar Z68
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
HDD will be $65 for a 500GB drive (refurbished no less). Caviar Blue 500GB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
RAM will cost $45 for a decent 8GB kit. G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB 1600Mhz
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
This leaves you with $350 to spend on the GPU. Gigabyte HD7870.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
So while possible, I had to cheap out on every component except the GPU, you may just have to re-arrange your priorities.

Not a bad case if you ask me. Plus I think it looks better than the HAF.

Goddamn that case has everything and it does actually look good. That may just topple the 912 from my budget position since its only $5 more on Newegg.

Asus p8h61
Possibly, but there is some flaws here.
Don't get a Green Drive for your main HDD. most of them run 5400RPM which is very slow.
If you're going to run an h61 board you dont need a K series processor. Get a 2400.
The Sapphire is a good card depending on what you're paying for it. If you're buying new at $220, then I suggest getting the GTX 480 for $200 on newegg. It's a faster card and performs a lot better (I went from a 6950 to a 480)

EVGA makes a 480 on newegg for 199.99. Dont be scared by it being 2 generations old. This thing is a slam dunk in price vs performance. It still smokes a lot of the 7000 series AMD cards for the price.
It is faster than the card bigcyco linked which is 27.55 more in price. Of course the 480 does use more power and gets hot. But the card is rated to get hot. I use one overclocked on air and it just smokes. If you know how to OC you can get these things about the same specs as a 580.

Will it not break my pcNo it won't break your computer. If it hit the power threshold it would most likely just power down your computer. But honestly you wont hit it.
The system you have built would not probably pull more than 350w at full load. But I'm being lenient with your PSU. If you want a lower wattage PSU for your build invest in a good branded PSU.
Think of it like this.
You're trusting 600+ dollars of hardware on this one piece of hardware. Say you spend $50 on it, and it fries your mobo/cpu. You just wasted more money replacing all 3 of those rather than investing in a good PSU to begin with. I've seen this happen at Lan parties. One guys crappy PSU that's overloaded on one power source. Trips a breaker and fries 3 computers. Don't be that guy!
