Maybe I am not understanding what you are asking for, but I can't think of a
phone that doesn't have illuminated keys.

AFAIK most standard keypads are backlit. I can't think of many that
aren't. Every Nokia, Ericsson, Motorola, Samsung and Siemens phone
I've seen with the standard keypads lights unless the keypad is
locked.

Really? Which other countries have AT&T Wireless? You can't even say
Canada any longer as what was known as Rogers/AT&T Wireless is now
Rogers Wireless and has been for several months now.

every cell phone made today has a light up keypad.
