No sound output from ASUS Essence STX

Good Evening Guys,

I had an ASUS Essence STX delivered today, and after fiddling around i managed to get it to install with the uni drivers.

My issue is despite the audio center and Windows audio showing that there is sound passing through the sound card, I am not getting anything out of my headphones.

In Xonar Audio Center You have selected output for headphones(with ampli), not for speakers.
Your default windows audio device is - speakers.

There is no other option under the windows menu, and i have changing the analog out has no effect whatsoever.

EDIT: PC Crashed due to power issue with hard drive, other side of molex adapter close to PSU was loose, now i have sound after a restart.

Sorry for wasting your time, Please can someone close this.
