Which tower should I go for?

Looking at either the Zalman Z9 for £35, BitFenix Raider for £50 or another of what I currently have Antec 300 for £50. Just want to know what you guys recommend or something else in the price range up to £70.

LED's are not needed, looking more for decent cooling, reasonably quiet.

I would reccommend the haf 922. my friend has 1 and its quiet, very cool, and looks niccee.
