Delayed graphics

While playing Team Fortress 2, I noticed a character loading is delayed. For example, when I click Heavy, the minigun shows up first, and about half second later the Heavy appears. Other than that I don't have any problem. Should I be concerned?

Nope. Do you have any other problems besides that? I'm guessing it just has to do with online latency.
