Is HIS a good bran for video card?

looking at getting http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161406 for new build but not much is on the reviews and i dont know very much about video card brands

Yes HIS is a good brand i have used a couple in others PC's Never a problem. That is a great card to in my opinion although right now they have a sale for 200$ the 6950 with EMCYTZT1523 promo code and 180$ if you get 2 of them. Good luck.
