Hi people

So, I want to upgrade my build because my X6 freezes and basically stops working always.
My current build and the changes:
CPU: AMD X6 1055t(will upgrade to Intel core I5 2500-k)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 550 Ti
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3(will upgrade to ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 or ASRock Z77 Extreme4(please recomend me a better one if there is))
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 RX 750w(will this be able to power my pc?)
Cooler:Hyper 212 evo or noctua( wich is better?)
Thanks in advance
any recomendations are welcome

Hyper 212 EVO will do the job well. Noctua is more powerful and effective but is more expensive.

Stick with z68 if you want the i5 2500k. Asrock Z68 Extreme 3 Gen 3.

XFX Core Edition 650W is what i would recommend if you plan to SLI. XFX Core Edition Pro 550W is only single GPU.

Thanks guys
My budget for upgrading my whole Rig is 350 bucks, I use this PC for gaming.
I dont have enough budget to upgrade my GPU so ill have to stick with it for a while. Could you recommend a GPU for the future?
Thanks

I'm not sure but I think you need the same GPU to SLI. Brand is not a requirement though. So for example, you have an ASUS and an EVGA 560TI. You can SLI those. Not the 560Ti and the 550TI however.

2 x 560TI performance is almost similar but significantly more power-hungry and heat producing. Its also going to be more expensive. If you can afford that, just get a gtx 670.
