Friend has Wierd White Box on Screen

My friend has a white box that comes and goes on the lower right corner of her desktop screen.
and it is like a stamp at the edges of the box and translucent(whole box).

Help..?

Is it a genuine copy of Windows? Generally thats the box that says this isnt a Genuine Windows product. At least thats the right place for it.
