New graphics card within the next 2 weeks

Hi,

I'm looking to pick up a new GPU within the next 2 weeks, prior to D3's launch. I've currently got a Radeon 5750 with a bad fan that causes the card to overheat whenever I play games for more than an hour or two. I keep hearing rumors about some brand new GPUs about to hit the market, and while my budget is more around $200-$250, I don't want to buy something right now and then have more powerful cards drop dramatically in price because of the newer GPUs coming out.

Is this a legitimate fear, or should I just pop for something now? Thanks in advance!

Legitimate fear. Rumors of the 200 dollar range for the 660 series about to come out and perform like a 580 which has been sittin at ~500 bucks recently..
