Approximate Purchase Date: By this friday June 29 2012 or 4th of july at the lates to see if they have any good specials

Budget Range: 1500/ After Rebates (the less the better but wouldn't want to sacrifice performance and reliability)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: ( gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies)

Parts Not Required: (e.g.: mouse and i plan on buying the OS from my University's library which is like 50 bucks)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: ( Tigerdirect since i have found some of the parts cheaper than Newegg, but idk if Tigerdirect has a good customer service like Newegg. What do you guys think?)

Country: (USA) Texas

Parts Preferences:by brand or type (Gtx 670 but dont know form which manufacturer and i5 3570k)

Overclocking: Yes Prob to 4Gz

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe In the Future

Monitor Resolution: ( 1920x1080 60Gz. I plan on using a 43in tv as a monitor, would you all recomend this or to purchase a monitor)

Additional Comments: so basically the parts that i have for sure are the case,CPU, GPU. The mobo is the one where i would like some help, some of the functions that i would like are USB 3.0 for the front of the case and wifi. the other beneficts that some include i dont know what they are so i would probably not use them unless you all can give me a brief discription on what they do. Thank you so much for your help

This is going to be my first build ever, i have been reading about parts and procedures and watching videos of how to assemble a computer and eventhough i am very scared of messing it up, i hope everything goes well. thanks once more for reading this. if you have a different opinion on any of the components i have chosen plz let me know since i do not have any experience in building a computer and any useful info you can give me is appreciated.

thx for the quick reply guys, i really appreciate it. @The Big Troll i would prefer to get all the parts from one store that has the option to get a credit card with them thx though. @ nafoni, thx for the parts you chose but is there a reason why you changed it from the ones that i had ex: better performance or more reliable.

I am pretty much in love with the case i chose and most of the parts that i have picked are because i have read reviews on them and the price.

With Ivy Bridge's heat issues, I have crossed $30 coolers off my list.....If ya can swing the $20 move up to a Hyper 212 PWM or Scythe Mugen 3

Take the Corsair 500R (9.25 performance rating) over the HAF-XM (9.1 performance rating) and save $5 to boot.

500R http://benchmarkreviews.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=767&Itemid=61&limit=1&limitstart=5

GFX - Asus DCII Cu TOP ..... here's why

WD Black is where ya wanna be.....and any SSD w/ premium Toshiba toggle mode flash (i.e Mushkin Chronos Deluxe)

Cheaper and same/lower price. More popular parts.

And of course, get a case that you like yourself.
