At 1920x1080, you need at least HD7770. Take your pick among these options based on your cooling preference, budget. Performance should be the same across all models except for OC'd versions but I do not recommend those if you have to pay a prime premium because it is very easy to OC yourself:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&N=-1&isNodeId=1&Description=HD+7770&x=0&y=0
By the way, you need to upgrade that power supply too to one that is at least:
■500W (or greater) power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector recommended
■600W power supply (or greater) with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connectors recommended for AMD CrossFire™ technology.
If you can afford a little more, say $155, then you can go for this instead:

But you need to up the power supply to:
■500 Watt or greater power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors recommended
(600 Watt and four 6-pin connectors for AMD CrossFireX™ technology in dual mode)

first u should upgrade your psu because that psu is of 250w and really of bad quality u need to buy a new one atleast cx 430w v2 psu which will be good and will run one hd7770.if u dont wanna upgrade then the hd 6450 will be an option nothing higher then that to be risk free and your res is high if u buy an hd 6450 then u have to play all games at low settings and you will get about 10-25-30 at max fps.:)
