So i'm trying to make my first build but im not sure how to go with things. I've looked at a lot of parts but i always come out in the $700-800 range which is way over my budget.
I need this computer to play a bunch of video games like wow, minecraft, diablo 3, civ 5, terraria, team fortress 2, and starcraft 2 on high settings. I also do some HD video rendering.

I don't know a lot about the specifics of computer parts but im trying to learn so any feed back id helpful. I'm looking to cut my prices down quite a bit so anything i don't need just tell me and ill get ride of it. I'm also not sure on how much power i needed so i hope lowering the power supply isn't too much of a problem.

So far i've come up with this-

Rosewill Challenger Black Gaming Case $49.99

Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 Graphics Card $134.99

Besides all this i need to get a monitor so any suggestions on that would also be helpful but that does not need to be included in the build budget.

All help is apreciated! :D
